I’ve had good response for the prom portraits at the Harton House today with several reservations. There are some times still available in the early afternoon and early evening.

The Celtic Cup is now open at 106 North Anderson Street in Tullahoma. Here’s the staff!

The art show opened yesterday at the Tullahoma Fine Arts Center. Several people told me it was one of the largest crowds they had seen for an open house there. The exhibit will be on display throughout the month of February.

This week’s pic is the cover piece for the art show starting tomorrow at the Tullahoma Fine Arts Center. The show is featuring a few examples of why I call my work “Creating Art from Life™.” If you miss the open house tomorrow, the exhibit will be on display during the month of February.

I’m getting ready for the Southern Middle Tennessee Bridal Fair. It is this Sunday, January 25th, 2009, 1-4pm at the Coffee County Conference Center in Manchester. In going through my favorite wedding images from last year, this one definitely stands out.

Sunday night was the annual White Christmas service at FBC Tullahoma. I remember this being a wonderful time with family to begin celebrating the birth of Christ and sharing with others. Since this is my first Christmas back home, it was great to see that this tradition is still there. The service featured a musical by the 1st-3rd grade choirs. Joy to the Mall is an American parody of Luke 2 written by Chris Dolson when he was the pastor of Shreveport Bible Church. Chris is now the pastor of Blackhawk Church in Madison, WI … the church Cheri and I called home while we lived there.

Last year I had the honor of helping create a visual representation of this parody. The video was edited by Melissa Dolson (Chris’ daughter). I’m not sure who narrated  it. The cast are various members of Blackhawk Church.
