Gina and I recently created some new images for her performance coaching web site. Many of her clients don’t meet her face to face very often, so it is necessary for us to show that Gina is easygoing and approachable (…and she really is). Here’s one of my favorites.

This week’s pic is personal. I just learned an old friend was tragically killed in a car accident. We shot this for his business use about a year and a half ago, but because of a job change just days later only he and I have ever seen it. Wayne, you will be missed.

Angele & Jimmy were married last week at St Paul’s United Methodist Church in Manchester, TN. When I finally get to look at the images from a wedding, I really enjoy finding the ones that just show they’re in love!

It’s time to start looking toward spring and more high school senior portrait clients. To the Class of 2011, it’s not too late to get great images to help you and your families remember your senior year. To the Class of 2012, it’s time to start thinking about your senior portraits. I’m looking for 3-4 current juniors from each school in the area to be senior models. More information on this opportunity will be coming soon.
Meanwhile, here’s one of my favorite images from the past week.

Congratulations to the Tullahoma High School 2011 Basketball Homecoming Court.
From left are freshmen Dean Blanks and Anna Gilbert; sophomores Trevor Denney and Leslie Hull; homecoming king Geoffrey McGowen and and queen Emma Chessor; seniors Steve McAmis and Kaitlyn Peterson; and juniors Jesse Haywood and Hannah Price.

One tradition in our home is Saturday morning pancakes. For something like a dozen years, my wife has received breakfast in bed on most Saturdays. A couple of years ago our daughter started joining in on the fun of helping make pancakes. So this week’s pic is in honor of our pancake tradition.

Meet the 2010 Tullahoma High School Lady Cats Soccer Team … the 2010 District 8-AAA Champs!

Megan and Daniel celebrated their marriage with their families last weekend in All Saints’ Chapel on the campus of The University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee. Of course we had to stop by the War Memorial Cross in the snow.

This was part of a Christmas present for their parents. The challenge was to find a way to show three different people being themselves at the same time. I’m told this one did.

Melia and Adam are getting married today at Marble Plains Baptist Church outside of Tims Ford State Park. Here’s the bridal portrait we did for her father.
