Prom Portraits is a wrap!
Prom Portraits at the Harton House is a wrap! The idea was to provide an option to those who wanted a little something different from pics at the dance or from mom’s point-n-shoot. The response was good. I was able to spend a significant amount of time creating some great images. I hope these helped make prom a little extra special for everyone who came out. I really enjoyed meeting everyone.

Pic of the Week – 20090418
The location of this week’s pic is possibly going to become a favorite with h.s. seniors. I’m not telling where it is!

Pic of the Week – 20090404
Shannon and her parents drove up from Huntsville today for senior portraits that are different than everyone else. From looking at the image in the camera, she thinks it might be her new favorite image. We’ll see!

Senior Session – Shelby & Nick
I had an awesome senior shoot with Shelby and Nick yesterday. We started at an old barn in Lynchburg then hit a couple of locations at Jack Daniels. After lunch we hiked down to Machine Falls and continued creating great images. Everyone got at least a little bit wet. Oh yeah, mom pulled off her duties well holding reflectors and lights.
Here are a few of my favorites from the day!
For the rest of March, I am waiving the creation fee for any senior sessions. Contact me ASAP to book with this great savings!

Senior Art
I’ve been getting ready for high school senior season and dug this one out. I wanted to do a play on a mugshot… but something that still showed the warmth of the subject and a little personality.
Is it a portrait or is it art? Can it be both?

This piece is designed for a 10×20 canvas wrap.

Alli
Today Allison visited the studio for her senior portraits. She is the first lacrosse player I have ever photographed. Thanks to her mom and sister for keeping Mackenzie occupied.
Good luck to Verona this year!
