About a year ago I did a very fun shoot with Michael Maupins at the South Jackson Civic Center in Tullahoma. I shared this image at the time … but failed to share the best images of the shoot. Click on it to see all of our “shadow play.”
Carden Photography will be creating Patriotic Portraits at the 2010 Kiwanis 4th of July Fireworks and Airshow on Friday July 2.
Portraits will be available for individuals and small groups with a flag background. 4X6 prints will be printed on site for $5 each. A portion of the proceeds will be dontated to the Kiwanis Club to help support the event.
The Carden Photography Patriotic Portrait tent will be set up near the Kiwanis concession stand at the Tullahoma Regional Airport.

Ten beautiful and talented young ladies recently dropped by my studio in the Harton House as part of their preparations for the 2011 Cumberland Valley’s Junior Miss. The final competition will be this Saturday evening in the new auditorium at Tullahoma High School. In fact, this will be the first event in the newly renovated auditorium. Come on out.

The first year for Prom Portraits at the Historic Harton House was a success. 2010 looks to be even better. This year a portion of all sales will benefit Project Graduation!

My new ad came out today in the THS Echo … the student newspaper at Tullahoma High School. It is hard to get color exactly right in newsprint, so here’s a web sized version of the original.
Monica’s Shoes has been on display for several months at the Celtic Cup Coffee House in Tullahoma. In a couple of days I will place a stack of cards below this image. Each card will contain a coupon worth a free pack of 24 custom Christmas cards!
The rules are very simple:
- Purchase, at regular portrait pricing, two (2) of any size gift portrait (8×12 or smaller) or one (1) wall portrait (11×14 or larger) and I will add a free pack of 24 Christmas cards.
- You must have purchased a print of the image on the custom Christmas card.
- You must present the card with the coupon when placing your print order.
- Offer applies only to portrait images that I have created or will create before December 1, 2009.
- Offer does not apply to art, event or photojournalism images.
- Limit one per family.

The debut of the new Tullahoma High School football stadium was last night. The crowd was great, the home team won … and the pictures are… on hold. Images are now up in the THS 2009 Football client gallery .
My guess is images will be up sometime late Wednesday in the client galleries and on Facebook.
